Taglierè Group Hospitality was founded by Simone Ferrari and Dario Donelli, entrepreneurs who shared the vision of creating new ways of catering to meet the needs of contemporary and cosmopolitan customers.

Rooted in Italy’s culinary flair, the Group operates diverse interconnected formats. It all began in Reggio Emilia with Il Borghetto, a food and wine store that sells a selection of the finest Italian and international products. Then, the focus switched to the food service sector with the opening of A Palazzo, an urban restaurant located in a historic building in the city center.
Ferrari and Donelli’s shared passion for research and love for the iconic products of the area – such as Culatello di Zibello, Parmigiano Reggiano, and Balsamic Vinegar, led them to create the Bollicine&Co., the first Italian-style champagne bar concept that blends Emilian excellence with the best French champagne, evolving into a successful chain of eight locations in Italy and Europe.

Taglierè’s distinctive cuisine and hospitality approach, focused on the customer experience and the sourcing of the best ingredients shine at La Limonaia, a stylish restaurant immersed in the hills that surround the Venturini Baldini agricultural estate.

Today Taglierè Group Hospitality is an international beacon of contemporary Italian food and drink in the hospitality sector.
